All of this stunning natural beauty is suspended from a a clear cord and secured by a delicate silver chain that connects with a silver lobster clasp. This natural stone is exceptional. Due to the nature of these stones, you will never find another that is the same. You actually get two looks out of this one as there is a different look from front to back of the pendant. Shipping is though United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail using a bubble envelope and is priced per piece. If you are purchasing multiple items, I can do combined shipping. First Class shipping typically takes 5 days to be delivered domestically and item are typically shipped within either the same day or within one day of placing the order. Orders get shipped Monday thru Friday and can be shipped on Saturday depending on when order is placed. You will be sent a tracking number for the package and when the item ships.

Additionally, you can receive the package using priority mail or next day. There is an additional charge so please add the expedited shipping to your cart when checking out.

I stand behind my products and I only use high quality materials, so if you have any issues, please contact me within two days of receiving the item. I will work with you to exchange the item for another item in my shop. Unfortunately return shipping is the customer's responsibility and the exchange is only for the value of the piece, original shipping is not included.
I guarantee my work for 10 days for any manufacturing defects. For any manufacturing defects within this time frame, repairs are on me. If your item needs to be repaired outside the window, I invite you to contact me to arrange the repair.
For any repair outside of the 10 day window, please contact me for an assessment of the issue and whether or not it can be repaired and if there will be any fees.

You can request gift wrapping which will come in my custom Ginger Blossom Jewelry packaging along with a handwritten tag and thank you note. On orders with no specific request, the items are placed in an organza bag, with a tag (no price), wrapped in tissue and shipped in a bubble envelope. I do include a packing slip with the order.
I can adjust the length on my necklaces and easily. If you need an adjustment to the length please contact me prior to me shipping out and I will adjust it before I ship. There are certain items that cannot be sized such as earrings. Please see the specifics in the listing you are interested in to see if customization is available. With anything that is handmade, you will want to take extra care with your item in order to not damage it. You will want to store it in the organza bag provided in order to ensure that the piece does not get scratched with any other item in your jewelry box.
For anything that is stainless steel, you can simply remove any tarnish or polish the item with a jewelry cleaning cloth. For gemstones just clean with the polishing cloth rather than expose the item to cleaning solution. Always go with the least harsh option.
If you are wondering how fast your package will ship out to you, it is typically sent within 24 hours after your order is placed. Keep in mind that when ordering on a Saturday or Sunday that the order will not go out until the next working business day (Monday thru Friday). If there is a U.S. postal holiday, the package will go out the following business day.

Here is the answer to the best of my ability. When you put an item(s) from my store into your cart and you are ready to checkout, simply click on the cart on the upper right corner of Etsy.
Once there you should see forms of payment on the right side of the screen (Visa, Amex, Gift Cards, Paypal, etc.) and right under that it should say "Apply shop coupon code".
